Driving directions - from the city?

Head east on Oxford Street (mmmm, yummy shopping!!)
Turn left onto Glenmore Road
You will have to go through two roundabouts
We are right at the bottom of Glenmore Road, just before you get to Trumper Oval (corner Cascade Street)

Taking the bus?

Take the 389 from the City to Five Ways in Paddington.
Jump off, walk 500 metres (downhill) to 357 Glenmore Road. Easy!

Taking the train?

Take the train to Edgecliff station
It is a 5 minute walk to the spa – just head west on New South Head Road (down hill)
Turn left at Cascade Street
Walk to the first intersection, turn right, walk for 200 metres
Divine cup of herbal tea waiting for you at the end of your journey...

Spa Etiquette

We aim to make your Milk experience a memorable one, so please take a moment to read our policies.

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will enable you to change and relax for your treatment, and will avoid a reduced treatment time. We ask that all visitors to our spa consider other clients by being quiet and turning OFF mobile phones.

Parents

It is essential to make child care arrangements during any Milk treatments.

Cancellation Policy

24 Hour notice is required to re-schedule your appointment. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or failing to show will incur a 100% cancellation fee or voiding of voucher.
